HAMSTER PRINCESS

Harriet Hamsterbone is not your typical princess--on top of being a hamster, she's not so good at swooning or sighing. Her parents have an even bigger worry, though: Harriet has been cursed to prick her finger on a hamster wheel at the age of twelve and fall into a deep sleep from which only the kiss of a prince can awaken her. Harriet sees the bright side of the curse: it means that until she's twelve, she's invincible! So she sets off on grand adventures with her trusty riding quail, defeating ogrecats and striking rodent fear in the hearts of many beasts. But then Harriet deflects the curse, accidentally putting everyone else in the kingdom to sleep. Where's she going to find a prince willing to kiss all one hundred and sixteen of them?
